*Existing Patients - please click the drop down tab labelled "OFFICE" - currently you can select appointments for Dr. Glodzik on Mondays from 7:00am to 3:00pm; Tuesday 9:00AM to 2:00PM ; Wednesdays from 8:00am to 3:00pm; Thursday 9:00AM to 2:00PM and Fridays from 7:00am to 1:30pm. . 

*New Patients - please find an available time on our schedule, then call our office to request a "New Patient Eval" and provide your contact info.
