Insurance
- BC/BS, Aetna, Cigna and United are all accepted as Out-of-Network insurance plans. If you have OON benefits we will continue to bill your insurance companies directly and you will only be responsible for a co-pay or co-insurance. To minimize out of pocket expenses we will work with all patients on an individual basis.
Out-Of-Pocket/Cash Options & Packages
New patient appointments include consultation and a first treatment session and cost $250. Follow-up appointments are $125.
Packages help patients save money while recovering from and injury or for regular maintenance appointments. We offer the following packages of appointments at a discount:
10 visits for $1000 – save $250
20 visits for $2000 – save $500
Payment plans
If you need to form a payment plan, please speak to the office manager to learn about our Pay-Over-Time Options. For our valued patients in need, we can offer 3-month & 6-month payment plan options to help ease the financial burden of ongoing treatment.
